After observing the extended length of time that dogs spend chewing on empty water bottles, we created a safer chew toy, which maintains the attractive crackling and crunching sound. Our Bottle Buddies eliminate sharp, dangerous edges through the use of a special sleeve, which encases the bottle in a durable inner liner. A velcro closure makes replacing used water bottles fast and easy, ultimately extending the life of the toy.

We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. No returns may be made after 30 days.
All returned items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $8.99 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
