Backorders
While our site uses real-time inventory, there are times when quantities may be off and an item you ordered is not in stock. In this instance, we do not backorder items. You will be notified which items are not in stock and you will receive credit for any items not shipped.
Refund & Returns
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to all items returned after 30 days. Please
contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number, or if they show any signs of use. Due to the nature of our products, and to prevent the spread of disease, we only accept returns if they are free of pet hair or pet related debris. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing, which makes it difficult to cancel an order once placed. While we will do what we can to assist you with an order cancel request, many times it is simply not possible. If you need to cancel an order you placed, please call 1-912-386-7467 immediately so we can advise if the order is able to be cancelled or not. If it can't be cancelled, your order can be returned by following our return policy.
Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 24 hours and generally ship within 2 to 3 business days after they are placed. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct during checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect, your order will be delayed. In many instances, the shipping carriers charge an address correction fee of $10 or more if an incorrect address is given, if we are assessed an address correction fee, you will be responsible for that fee. Shipping Rates
To view additional shipping charges, we have provided a shipping calculator located in the Shopping Cart. Simply add your US Zip Code after you have added items to your order, and it will automatically calculate your shipping cost for you.
A few tips about lowering shipping costs:
You can lower your shipping cost by about $2.00 by ensuring your order size is $25 or more. Occasionally, members of our e-mail list receive special shipping promos. You can sign up for this list anytime by entering your name and email address on the left navigation bar.
Orders over 70 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping charges. If the actual costs vary from the shipping amount displayed upon checkout, you will be contacted via email with any additional shipping charges and are responsible to respond within 48 hrs. to confirm or deny shipping charges.
