Neeps Inc. was founded in 1994 and formerly operated one of the first eCommerce stores, The Ferret Store, before it was acquired by Drs. Foster and Smith. In addition to MyOutwardHound.com, Neeps operates several other eCommerce sites in the lawn and garden, pet and adult novelty categories.

Shipping:
All items are shipped using either UPS or FedEx and originate from one of our distribution centers in Pennsylvania or California. We make every effort to ensure that all of our orders ship within 24 hours, however, because order volume fluctuates, we cannot guarantee turn-around time. Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive another confirmation when your order ships with the package tracking number.

Shipping rates are actual rates charged by the carriers and are calculated based on weight and shipping distance from either shipping zone 2 or 8.

Average time from order placement to delivery ranges between 3 and 5 days depending on location.

Return Policy:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. Items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. A 20% restocking fee will apply on the return of pet clothing, cages, crates or carriers. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking/research fee. In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $5.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Address Corrections:
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.

International Orders:
We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
