All Outward Hound brand items ship at a flat $8.99 fee regardless of how many Outward Hound brand items you order.
Midwest Homes for Pets Brand Items:
Due to the weight and size of Midwest Homes for Pets dog crates, these items ship at actual ground rates.
Estimating Shipping Charges:
At any time while shopping, you can estimate your shipping charge by adding an item to your cart and entering your zip code and state.

Return Policy:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. No returns may be made after 30 days.

All returned items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $8.99 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
