The Approach Pack gives your dog a load to carry and a job to do, generating instant doggie motivation. It's recommended that your dog carry no more than 25 - 30% of their body weight in their dog pack. If your dog is new to dog packs, start with a light load and work up to a heavier load as your dog gets accustomed to wearing the pack.

Return Policy
Return Policy:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. No returns may be made after 30 days.
All returned items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $8.99 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
